Hardwood floor is something that fades and gets beat up over time; however, not many people have the time or knowledge to replace or refinish it. This business idea would be a low startup idea. It could also be done in either a full or part time setting. Expansion of this idea would include replacing hardwood floor and doing tile as well. To maximize profit, advertising would be needed to get customers, both basic advertising and a website will help in this area. The great thing about this idea is that it does not take a lot of equipment to startup. In the beginning, renting the equipment would also be an option.
